iT1 is seeking a Pre-Sales Technical Architect who is an Apple enthusiast with a strong technical strategy and customer engagement skills.
The position is based in Tempe, AZ, and is part of an award-winning Consulting team.
The role involves serving as the technical pre-sales lead for all Apple device and lifecycle opportunities.
Responsibilities include growing iT1 Apple Services and partnering with sales to identify, qualify, and support Apple-focused opportunities from Salesforce.
The candidate will lead customer conversations regarding Apple device refresh strategies, lifecycle planning, and ITAD services.
The role requires developing and delivering Apple-centric presentations, demos, and proposals tailored to customer needs.
Collaboration with internal teams to streamline lifecycle processes and ensure alignment with Apple best practices is essential.
The candidate will proactively target existing Apple customers for refresh and lifecycle opportunities.
Maintaining deep knowledge of Apple’s ecosystem, including hardware, software, and enterprise deployment tools, is crucial.
The role involves tracking and managing all Apple device/lifecycle opportunities through Salesforce and internal systems.
The candidate will work directly with iT1’s Apple Account manager and Apple to ensure alignment on strategy, messaging, and execution.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering or technical consulting role, preferably with a focus on Apple technologies, is required.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is necessary.
A strong understanding of Apple hardware, macOS, iOS, and Apple Business Manager is essential.
Experience with device lifecycle management, including refresh planning, deployment, and ITAD, is required.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is necessary.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must.
Apple certifications (ACSP, ACTC, or Jamf certifications) are considered a plus.
A passion for Apple technology and a customer-first mindset is essential.
