Requirements:
Proven experience in ServiceNow Order Management or similar OMS platforms like Salesforce OMS or MS Dynamics is required.
A strong grasp of the Order-to-Cash cycle is essential, ideally within managed services or complex operational environments.
Hands-on expertise in platform administration, configuration, and release management is necessary.
The candidate must be an excellent communicator with the ability to work across both technical and non-technical teams.
A curious mind with an eye for automation, integration (APIs, RPA), and emerging AI tools is important for this role.
