Description:

  • MindBridge is seeking an Application Security Engineer who is passionate about security automation, secure cloud architecture, and DevSecOps excellence.
  • The role involves embedding security throughout production environments and the software development lifecycle (SDLC), automating controls, and safeguarding AI-driven infrastructure.
  • Key responsibilities include risk identification, mitigation, and education, collaborating with software developers and SREs to resolve security issues, and providing guidance on secure coding practices.
  • The engineer will participate in design and code reviews, work with the vulnerability management team to address vulnerabilities, and maintain security components within CI/CD workflows.
  • Responsibilities also include implementing policy-as-code for infrastructure, keeping up with CVE alerts and threat intelligence, contributing to security playbooks, and participating in annual SOC 2 & ISO audit programs.
  • The role requires defining secure usage patterns for LLMs, securing Azure cloud infrastructure, reviewing LLM vendors, and managing key initiatives with data-driven insights.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or delivery operations within a software company.
  • The ideal candidate should be highly organized, execution-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities across teams.
  • Experience supporting product and R&D organizations, particularly in B2B SaaS environments, is required.
  • A strong understanding of agile methodologies, product development cycles, and cross-functional collaboration is essential.
  • Proficiency in tools like Jira and Confluence is necessary, along with familiarity with product management tools such as Jira Product Discovery or Aha!.
  • Excellent communication skills are required, with the ability to lead meetings, align stakeholders, and resolve ambiguity.
  • Candidates should be systems thinkers capable of creating structure in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in fintech, AI/ML, or audit/accounting domains is preferred, or a willingness to learn about these areas.
