Requirements:
The candidate must have experience with the applied AI stack, including prompting, embeddings, vector DBs, and fine-tuning.
Proven experience in building and shipping LLM-powered features that are reliable and performant in production environments is required.
The candidate should be analytical, comfortable exploring trace data, and capable of turning observations into hypotheses and experiments.
Strong decision-making skills regarding data context and grounding for LLMs are essential.
The candidate must understand the integration of AI within broader product systems and enjoy cross-disciplinary collaboration.
Experience in developing evaluation methodologies in environments with hard-to-quantify outcomes is necessary.
The candidate should thrive in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments and be comfortable with ambiguity.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required to work with engineers, product managers, and domain experts.
