• As an AI Team Leader, you will lead a talented group of AI engineers and data scientists to develop cutting-edge AI solutions focused on NLP-LLM for our clients.

• You will lead and manage a team of AI engineers and data scientists, providing technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, product managers, and business analysts, to define project requirements and deliver high-quality AI solutions.
• You will drive innovation by staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI technologies such as Gen/Agentic AI and its tools.
• You will design and implement AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• You will design offline evaluation metrics and online evaluation metrics that lead to the success of the project.
• You will provide mentorship and training to team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
• You will ensure the timely delivery of AI projects within budget and scope, while maintaining high quality and client satisfaction.
• You will participate in client meetings and presentations to understand their needs, demonstrate the value of AI solutions, and provide technical expertise.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. A Ph.D. in AI or a related field is a plus.
• Proven 5+ years of experience in areas of machine learning, recommendation, and natural language processing is required.
• At least 1 year of experience leading AI projects, preferably in a software development or consulting environment, is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in designing and implementing projects that involve LLM is required.
• At least 2 years of customer-facing, project-delivery experience, professional services, and/or consulting experience is required.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is required.
• A solid understanding of data processing, data analysis, and feature engineering techniques is required.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, are required.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities are required.
• Experience in DevOps/MLOps methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
