The position is for an Associate Network Lead in Neurodevelopment, which is a permanent, full-time role.

The salary range for this position is £54,075 - £56,650.

The role involves providing clinical expertise and quality oversight to Neurodevelopment Associate Clinicians while potentially managing a clinical caseload.
Responsibilities include being the clinical point of contact for Associate Clinicians, delivering treatment and assessment casework, conducting quality reviews, and ensuring compliance with standards.
The Associate Network Lead will also coordinate cases, facilitate multidisciplinary team meetings, and handle client feedback calls.
The position requires monitoring clinical exceptions and following escalation processes.
Requirements:
A clinical qualification is required, such as RMN, RNLD, Psychology (Clinical, Counselling or Forensic), Speech and Language Therapy, or Occupational Therapy.
Candidates must have valid registration with the NMC or HCPC.
Demonstrable experience in delivering ADHD assessments for both children and adults is essential, with experience in Autism assessments being ideal.
Experience in overseeing clinical performance and quality adherence to standards and processes is necessary.
Candidates should have experience in KPI monitoring and reporting.
Strong organizational and planning skills are required.
Advanced soft skills and interpersonal skills are necessary, including the ability to provide constructive feedback and respond to Associates' needs.
A flexible mindset that is open to challenges and solutions-focused is essential.
Collaboration with various stakeholders within Healios is expected.
The ability to work under pressure to meet performance indicators and organizational objectives is required.
