  • The Associate Network Lead will also coordinate cases, facilitate multidisciplinary team meetings, and handle client feedback calls.
  • The position requires monitoring clinical exceptions and following escalation processes.

Requirements:

  • A clinical qualification is required, such as RMN, RNLD, Psychology (Clinical, Counselling or Forensic), Speech and Language Therapy, or Occupational Therapy.
  • Candidates must have valid registration with the NMC or HCPC.
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering ADHD assessments for both children and adults is essential, with experience in Autism assessments being ideal.
  • Experience in overseeing clinical performance and quality adherence to standards and processes is necessary.
  • Candidates should have experience in KPI monitoring and reporting.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills are required.
  • Advanced soft skills and interpersonal skills are necessary, including the ability to provide constructive feedback and respond to Associates' needs.
  • A flexible mindset that is open to challenges and solutions-focused is essential.
  • Collaboration with various stakeholders within Healios is expected.
  • The ability to work under pressure to meet performance indicators and organizational objectives is required.
  • A professional home working environment is necessary.
