  • The role requires acting as the primary technical resource in EMEA engagements, collaborating with account representatives and executives during pre-sales, discovery, demonstrations, and proof of concept.
  • The position includes leading beginner training and onboarding sessions to guide customer adoption of solutions.
  • The engineer will provide T2/T3 technical support by triaging escalated customer and prospect issues, requiring collaboration with product and engineering teams for timely resolutions.
  • A proactive approach to customer experience is essential, along with the ability to learn independently and seek knowledge from experts within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have demonstrable experience in enterprise SaaS, particularly in a customer-facing role within Fortune 500 companies.
  • A working knowledge or recent experience with scripting languages, modern object-oriented programming languages, databases, and analytical tools is required.
  • Effective communication skills are necessary for discussing technical capabilities with customer engineers, including API endpoints and integration use cases.
  • Experience in troubleshooting complex technical issues is essential.
  • Candidates should be fast learners, curious, and able to articulate new technologies and their value propositions quickly.
