Description:

• We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer with strong eCommerce domain knowledge to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing effective test scenarios, automating test cases using Playwright, and collaborating with global teams.
• Responsibilities include designing, developing, and executing test scenarios for web applications.
• The candidate will automate test cases using Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and other QA engineers is essential.
• The role requires ensuring test automation aligns with business requirements and sprint deliverables.
• The candidate will support testing efforts across Manila and US time zones.
• Participation in Agile ceremonies and contribution to the continuous improvement of QA processes is expected.
• The candidate will maintain and enhance existing test frameworks.

Requirements:

• Strong eCommerce domain knowledge is required.
• Proficiency with Playwright (JavaScript & TypeScript) is necessary.
• Experience with Jira and Bitbucket is essential.
• The candidate must have the ability to design, execute, and automate effective test scenarios.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are required.
• Flexibility to work across different time zones is necessary.
• A good understanding of Agile methodology is required.
• Good-to-Have: Experience with JMeter for performance testing.
