Ideqa India is seeking motivated and passionate Graduates or Entry-level Professionals to join as a Graduate/Associate Technical Consultant.

The position involves supporting client projects and gaining practical experience with various Oracle Cloud products and implementation phases across multiple industry sectors.
Extensive training will be provided to enhance skills in technical development, functional understanding, and client engagement.
Key responsibilities include assisting in the design, development, testing, and deployment of Oracle Cloud solutions, supporting integrations between Oracle Cloud Applications and other systems, configuring the Oracle B2C Service application, diagnosing technical issues, working with APIs, developing custom reports, and applying best practices for code management.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline is required.
Candidates should have 0-3 years of professional experience, with hands-on experience in software development, scripting, or system integration, ideally through internships or academic projects.
Foundational programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, PHP, SQL, or PL/SQL are highly desirable.
Understanding of relational databases and experience with SQL queries is necessary.
Familiarity with web services (REST/SOAP) and XML/JSON data formats is required.
A basic conceptual understanding of cloud computing principles (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) is expected.
Experience with Git or other version control systems is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical approach to technical challenges are essential.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are necessary for articulating technical concepts.
Candidates should be proactive, self-starters, with a strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
Any prior academic exposure or personal projects involving Oracle technologies is a significant advantage.
