Description:

• The Azure Data Consultant will design, implement, and optimize cloud-based data solutions.
• This role involves collaborating closely with clients to test and deploy Microsoft Fabric, evaluating performance, and driving improvements over on-premise systems.
• The consultant will have hands-on expertise in ETL development, data modeling, and cloud analytics, while providing guidance to stakeholders on technical strategy.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 2–5 years of experience with Azure Data Services, including Fabric, ADF, Databricks, and Synapse.
• Hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Fabric in production environments is required.
• Strong expertise in ETL development, particularly with Azure Data Factory, is essential.
• Experience leading discussions and providing oversight on data model design across multiple teams is necessary.
• Proficiency in data modeling techniques, including dimensional modeling, star schema, and Kimball methodologies, is required.
• A deep understanding of cloud architectures and analytics platforms is needed.
• Advanced SQL skills for data transformation and query performance tuning are mandatory.
• Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills are essential, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills are required, with comfort in working in cross-functional teams.
