Quisitive is seeking an Azure Data Engineer to join their team, which is known for delivering award-winning Microsoft solutions.
The role can be located anywhere in the United States, with a preference for candidates in the Atlanta metro area.
The Azure Data Engineer will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform.
Responsibilities include creating end-to-end data pipelines using Azure tools, utilizing Azure Databricks for big data processing, building and maintaining data warehouses, optimizing workloads, collaborating with teams, implementing data quality and security measures, and staying current with Azure data services.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in data engineering or BI development, focusing on the Azure cloud data platform.
Expertise in Azure Data Services is required, including hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Data Lake Storage.
Strong coding skills in Python and SQL are necessary for data manipulation and querying.
Proven ability to design and implement ETL/ELT workflows and a solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling concepts are essential.
Experience in building data warehouses or data marts on Azure is required.
