• Collaboration with front-end developers is essential to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• The developer will manage and optimize database performance, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Solutions for improving the overall system architecture to support the legacy site will be developed.
• Best practices for backend performance, including caching and load balancing, will be implemented.
• The role includes troubleshooting and debugging applications to ensure seamless functionality and uptime.
• Experience with serverless technology, specifically Docker, is required for deploying and maintaining applications.
• The developer will assist with backend integrations for third-party services and payment gateways.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience as a Backend Developer, with a strong focus on Python.
• Experience in designing and developing various API calls for multiple clients is required.
• Hands-on experience with serverless container technology like Docker or similar tools is essential.
• Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git or similar tools, is necessary.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are a must.
• Candidates must be able to work during EST hours.
