Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience is required.
• Proven experience as a Backend Developer is necessary.
• Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages such as Python, Node.js, Java, Go, or Ruby is essential.
• Solid experience with RESTful APIs and backend frameworks like Express, Django, or Spring Boot is required.
• Strong knowledge of databases, both SQL and NoSQL, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB, is necessary.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD tools, and containerization technologies such as Docker is required.
• An understanding of security, data protection, and performance optimization is essential.
• The candidate must be comfortable working in a remote team and using collaboration tools like Slack, GitHub, and Jira.
• Experience with microservices architecture and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud are considered nice to have.
• An understanding of DevOps practices and infrastructure as code is also a plus.
