Quanata is seeking a Back End Engineer to build and enhance critical services that power their business.
The role involves developing systems that manage core financial and underwriting operations.
Responsibilities include coordinating dynamic machine learning models to increase the intelligence of their policy management solution.
The engineer will optimize the application’s architecture and observability to meet performance and reliability demands.
Daily tasks include designing and implementing client-facing and internal APIs, orchestrating data flows between backend systems, creating and managing database schemas, building automated test suites, and deploying, monitoring, and maintaining key product features.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in a full stack or backend role.
Professional experience with Go is necessary.
Experience in building high-performance client/server systems is required.
A good grasp of service-oriented architecture patterns is essential.
Prior experience designing and using relational databases is needed.
Strong communication skills and effective cross-functional collaboration abilities are important.
A bias towards action is expected from candidates.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $200,000, determined by the candidate's skills and experience.
