RealAvatar is seeking a Backend Engineer to lead the development and enhancement of a Python pipeline for audio, video, and text generation in a low-latency, streaming environment.
The role involves collaborating with technical and product stakeholders to design an efficient platform and managing SQL databases and vector datastores.
The engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing pipeline components to support new use cases in real-time conversations.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend engineering.
Proficiency in Python with a track record of implementing projects in frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Previous experience in designing, deploying, or implementing machine learning pipelines for a large user base.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (GCP or AWS), Postgres, and data engineering.
Formal education in Computer Science or an Engineering discipline (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree).
