Remote Backend Engineer

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Proven experience as a Backend Engineer or in a similar software development role is necessary.
• Strong proficiency in Python is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of Docker is required.
• Advanced working knowledge of various databases and data-intensive applications is necessary.
• Strong experience with ETL and data processing is required.
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD practices is necessary.
• Experience with distributed systems design and the microservices paradigm is required.
• Good knowledge of REST frameworks like FastAPI is a plus.
• Familiarity with Java and Node.js is a plus.
• Experience with pipeline tools like Airflow is a plus.
• Candidates should be passionate about the digital world, enthusiastic, curious, and talented problem solvers.
• Excellent communication and relational skills are required.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team is necessary.
