Requirements:
You must have 5+ years of engineering experience with a strong focus on backend development.
Advanced knowledge of Node.js and proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS is required.
Solid hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker is necessary.
You should possess strong system design and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address ambiguous challenges.
Familiarity with databases (Postgres/MySQL) and messaging systems (RabbitMQ, NATS, Kafka) is expected.
Excellent communication skills are essential to coordinate with 20+ distributed teams.
A hands-on troubleshooting mindset with a readiness to take on complex challenges is important.
