  • Develop APIs, frameworks, and shared libraries to empower product teams and improve engineering efficiency.
  • Partner with multiple teams to orchestrate large-scale initiatives and deliver high-impact solutions.

Requirements:

  • You must have 5+ years of engineering experience with a strong focus on backend development.
  • Advanced knowledge of Node.js and proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS is required.
  • Solid hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker is necessary.
  • You should possess strong system design and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address ambiguous challenges.
  • Familiarity with databases (Postgres/MySQL) and messaging systems (RabbitMQ, NATS, Kafka) is expected.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential to coordinate with 20+ distributed teams.
  • A hands-on troubleshooting mindset with a readiness to take on complex challenges is important.
  • Bonus: experience building internal tooling such as npm packages or frameworks is a plus.
