  • Sonalake, a software partnering company, is looking to expand its backend development capability in Poznań, Greater Poland Voivodeship, Poland.
  • The company focuses on product design and engineering, working with clients across various domains such as telecom billing, ad tech, and travel tech analytics.
  • As a Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for developing efficient server-side applications, writing clean and maintainable code, collaborating with designers and developers, contributing to product innovation, and improving development standards and processes.
  • The role involves working with technologies like Java, Kotlin, Spring, Quarkus, Micronaut, Hibernate, JPA, Jenkins, Docker, Git, and Amazon Web Services.
  • You should have at least 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience and be comfortable working in a collaborative environment with a high level of autonomy and responsibility.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience
  • Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Spring, Quarkus, Micronaut, Hibernate, JPA, logging and telemetry frameworks
  • Experience with Jenkins, Docker, Git, Linux command line, scripting languages, and Amazon Web Services
  • Previous involvement in shipping and operating critical software systems
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders and subject matter experts
