Requirements:

  • Strong computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, system design, and distributed systems, are required.
  • Deep knowledge of backend technologies, including databases, orchestrators, messaging systems, and data pipelines, is essential.
  • Candidates should write high-quality code, value software testing, and uphold best practices in engineering, security, and design.
  • Experience in designing, scaling, and maintaining production systems in high-growth or early-stage environments is preferred.
  • Strong fundamentals with a cloud platform like GCP or AWS are necessary.
  • Candidates must be able to work effectively in a remote setting and overlap with core hours of 9 AM to 12 PM PT / 12 PM to 3 PM EST.

Benefits:

  • The starting salary for this position ranges from $175,000 to $210,000 USD, with compensation based on job-related factors.
