The engineer will champion engineering excellence by leading code reviews, sharing best practices, and mentoring team members.
Requirements:
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience as a Backend Engineer, specifically in building microservices-heavy backend systems and APIs for internal applications in a cloud environment (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
Advanced proficiency in Go is required.
Experience in building and scaling backend systems and designing enterprise-scale APIs for both external and internal applications is necessary.
A strong focus on delivering results for internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment is essential.
Excellent communication skills are required, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS is needed.
Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CDK), is required.
