Workana is seeking a Backend Senior / Software Architect to join the core technology team of a future digital asset private banking platform.

The position requires over 5 years of experience in backend development, focusing on system design, architecture, and a comprehensive product vision.
Candidates must have solid experience (2+ years) with Golang in production environments.
Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL is required, including efficient structure design, query optimization, and handling large data volumes.
Proven experience with AWS, particularly in serverless architectures (Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, API Gateway, etc.) is essential.
A deep understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and complexity is necessary.
Candidates should have a grasp of network protocols (OSI model), containers, service communication, and operating system primitives (locks, semaphores, queues, processes/threads).
Technological versatility is important; the ideal candidate should adapt to the right tool for each challenge.
Requirements:
A university degree in computer science or related fields (UBA, ITBA, UTN, etc.) is valued.
Experience in high concurrency systems, trading, or real-time applications is preferred.
Candidates should have worked in teams that scaled complex or critical products.

It is a 100% remote role, full-time and long-term (12 months).
The start date is August 11, and the salary is up to 3,500 USD per month.
