The Backend Software Engineer will build and maintain the integration layer between Hoshii and various ERP/CRM systems.
This role is crucial for ensuring seamless customer onboarding and enhancing the overall user experience.

Requirements:
Candidates must possess strong coding and debugging skills.
Proven experience in building and maintaining backend applications using Java, Go, C#, or similar languages is required.
Proficiency in RESTful API design and microservices architecture is essential.
Familiarity with relational databases (Postgres) and No-SQL databases (MongoDB) is necessary.
Experience with implementing DevOps cycles, including deployment (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and monitoring (Grafana) is required.
Familiarity with message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) and their role in decoupling systems is important.
Knowledge of distributed systems concepts and microservice patterns is a plus.
Familiarity with ERP systems is also advantageous.
Excellent communication skills in German and a good command of English are required.
A hands-on approach to working with clients and iterating based on user feedback is necessary.
