Requirements:
Candidates must have experience in a software development environment, specifically in building and operating backend systems.
Proficiency in Java or another similar object-oriented programming language, such as Python, is required; experience in both is a plus.
A strong foundation in computer science and engineering fundamentals, including concurrency, multithreading, data structures, solution design, architecture, and design patterns, is essential.
Candidates should be able to work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively.
Good writing and verbal communication skills are necessary.
