Responsibilities include implementing and optimizing Layer1 and Layer2 protocols, building decentralized systems, collaborating with the core development team, conducting code reviews, and staying updated with blockchain advancements.
Contributors to open-source projects will be given high consideration.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of strong proficiency in Rust programming languages and a deep understanding of their features and best practices.
Strong expertise in networking, consensus protocols, parallel execution, storage, and fundamental blockchain concepts is required.
Experience in building decentralized systems with a focus on scalability and performance optimization is essential.
Candidates should possess deep knowledge of system-level performance tuning techniques, including memory management and CPU optimization.
Familiarity with blockchain security best practices and the ability to identify vulnerabilities in the codebase is necessary.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are required.
Pro-active communication and collaboration abilities with native-level proficiency in written and oral English are essential.
Priority will be given to candidates with proficiency in the Move programming language, especially those with experience in Move Runtime and Move Smart Contracts.
Contributors to open-source projects will also be prioritized.
