As a Blue Yonder Solutions Architect, you will drive the successful implementation and optimization of Blue Yonder solutions for clients.
You will provide expert consulting, technical guidance, and hands-on support throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
The role requires a deep understanding of supply chain software systems, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities include leading product consulting sessions, configuring Blue Yonder solutions, providing technical support, collaborating with client teams, conducting assessments, assisting with testing activities, specifying enhancements, facilitating training sessions, providing go-live support, and guiding business users.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 3 years of extensive experience with Blue Yonder/JDA/Red Prairie supply chain software systems from both functional and technical perspectives is necessary.
Strong proficiency in SQL Server and Oracle databases is a plus, with the ability to write complex queries and troubleshoot database issues.
Proven experience in documenting process flows, operational procedures, and technical specifications is required.
Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and UNIX is expected.
Proficiency in programming languages and tools, including XML/HTML, MOCA, Python/Perl, Visual Studio, and Visual Basic, is a nice to have.
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment is essential.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to issue resolution are required.
A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed are necessary.
