  • Responsibilities include working with Delivery Project Managers and Engineers throughout all project stages, supporting product and customer success teams, reviewing project documentation, performing data tagging and quality assurance, and ensuring data accuracy in the Willow platform.
  • The engineer will utilize industry knowledge to create building digital twins for analytics and partner with other teams for customer discovery sessions.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Building Automation Services or a similar field is required.
  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualifications are preferred, but a strong eagerness to learn new technology is essential.
  • A solid understanding of building technologies such as HVAC controls, Building Management Systems (BMS), lighting controls, and energy metering networks is necessary.
  • Fault Detection & Diagnostics and troubleshooting skills in Building Automation/Energy Management Systems are required.
  • Familiarity with technical documentation like network topology, wiring diagrams, and operational manuals for various systems is essential.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel or MS SQL are preferred.
  • Excellent fault-finding and technical problem-solving skills are required.
  • Candidates should be enthusiastic, flexible, energetic, and motivated to learn and develop skills in Fault Detection & Diagnostics technologies.
