The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of procurement operations, be fluent in English, and have experience working with international clients.
This role may involve travel depending on project needs.
Key responsibilities include acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams during Dynamics 365 P2P implementation.
The candidate will lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis for procurement processes.
They will translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Collaboration with procurement, finance, compliance, and IT teams is essential to ensure system alignment with business goals.
The candidate will provide expert input on best practices for procurement in the pharma industry, ensuring GxP compliance where necessary.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of Business Analysis experience is required.
Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a must.
The candidate must have a proven track record of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Procure-to-Pay) implementation.
An in-depth understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and the requisition-to-payment lifecycle is necessary.
Experience working with global teams and international clients is essential.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills are required.
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
A willingness to travel internationally based on project needs is required.
