  • The role of Business Intelligence Analyst is a junior to mid-level position, suitable for candidates with prior experience in analytics, reporting, or BI.
  • The analyst will work closely with the Senior Data Engineer and various stakeholders, architecting data pipelines, automating business processes, building reporting tools, and delivering insights for decision-making.
  • Candidates should be technically capable, self-directed, curious, and comfortable taking ownership of their work from concept to delivery.
  • The company operates remotely but maintains team collaboration through regular meetings and monthly in-person workdays in central London.

  • A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Reporting role (or equivalent projects/internships) is required.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases or data warehouses is essential.
  • Comfort with data analysis and process mapping is necessary.
  • Experience in Python and JavaScript for scripting and data pipeline development is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Looker or other modern BI platforms is advantageous.
  • Experience with cloud data tools, such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform, is a plus.
  • Knowledge of version control (e.g., Git) and/or CI/CD processes is beneficial.
