The company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst with expertise in Power BI.
The role involves creating and managing data models, developing comprehensive reports, and performing predictive analytics to support business decision-making.
Responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining data models, developing dashboards and reports, conducting predictive analytics, collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring data integrity, integrating data sources into Power BI, creating automated reporting processes, monitoring BI solutions, and staying updated on BI tools and trends.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
Proven experience of 3+ years in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related role is necessary.
Strong proficiency in Power BI, including M and DAX language, is essential.
Experience in predictive modeling and statistical analysis using tools like Python, R, or similar is required.
Excellent knowledge of SQL and relational databases is mandatory.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes is needed.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail, are important.
The ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders is required.
Preferably, candidates should have an understanding of machine learning algorithms and their application in business use cases.
Experience with version control tools is preferred.
