  • This role works closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations that inform strategy and improve operational outcomes.
  • You will ensure data quality and consistency while optimizing reporting solutions for efficiency and accuracy.
  • The position requires strong technical skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable BI solutions.
  • You will have the opportunity to impact organizational performance, collaborate with stakeholders across multiple domains, and contribute to a culture of data-driven decision-making.
  • Accountabilities include collaborating with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, designing and maintaining dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau, optimizing existing reports, ensuring data consistency, performing ad-hoc analysis, and staying updated with BI best practices.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in BI report development with demonstrable work samples is necessary.
  • Proficiency in BI tools, such as Tableau, is essential.
  • Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating data are required.
  • Experience with data modeling and ETL processes is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the Amazon AWS cloud platform is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are necessary.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment is required.
  • Experience in the healthcare domain with payers or providers is a plus.
  • The position allows for fully remote work with minimal travel (around 5%).
