The Business Intelligence Engineer II is a key contributor to transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.
This role works closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations that inform strategy and improve operational outcomes.
You will ensure data quality and consistency while optimizing reporting solutions for efficiency and accuracy.
The position requires strong technical skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable BI solutions.

Accountabilities include collaborating with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, designing and maintaining dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau, optimizing existing reports, ensuring data consistency, performing ad-hoc analysis, and staying updated with BI best practices.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in BI report development with demonstrable work samples is necessary.
Proficiency in BI tools, such as Tableau, is essential.
Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating data are required.
Experience with data modeling and ETL processes is a plus.
Familiarity with the Amazon AWS cloud platform is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are necessary.
The ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment is required.
Experience in the healthcare domain with payers or providers is a plus.
The position allows for fully remote work with minimal travel (around 5%).
