As a Lead Engineer, you will be a key member of the Business Systems team within Servicing, collaborating with various teams to deliver technical solutions to business problems.

The role involves serving as the tech lead for a team of system leads, providing technical strategy for platform improvement and project deliverables.
Responsibilities include optimizing Salesforce as the primary CRM, setting technical strategy, collaborating across teams, maintaining integrations, enforcing best practices, and driving excellence in DevOps.
You will manage system enhancements, oversee JIRA boards for business systems projects, develop metrics for system observability, and provide training and documentation for effective use of business systems.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience is required.
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Engineering, Software, or Enterprise Applications, preferably in a fintech, SaaS, or high-growth tech environment.
Deep expertise in Salesforce is essential, with preferred certifications including Salesforce Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, and Developer I.
Experience in implementing and improving Salesforce platform observability and availability best practices is required.
Candidates should be comfortable navigating from low-level language idioms to the architecture of large systems.
Mastery in gathering and iterating on feedback from engineering and cross-functional peers is necessary.
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud functionality, including Case Management and Service Console configurations, is required.
Familiarity with Lightning web components, Apex, BuildKite, GitHub, and other development or CI/CD tools within Salesforce is needed.
A strong understanding of data modeling, reporting, and analytics, with experience leveraging Snowflake for business intelligence, is essential.
Technical proficiency in Salesforce administration, declarative development, and basic Apex development is required.
Hands-on experience with JIRA, Notion, and Agile methodologies to manage sprints and system-related projects is necessary.
