Responsibilities include developing and maintaining high-performance components in modern C++, optimizing performance, latency, and scalability of existing systems, integrating new features, tools, or data sources into the platform, participating in architectural discussions and technical decision-making, and collaborating with engineers across teams in a distributed environment.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience with modern standards of C++ 17/20.
A strong Linux background is required.
Candidates should have a background in high-load systems and low-latency optimization at a systems level.
Experience working with distributed systems, system architecture, and design patterns is necessary.
A strong understanding of algorithms and data structures, and object-oriented design is essential.
Candidates should have a background in big tech, high-performance startups, or companies working with complex, scalable applications.
Proficiency in English at a C1+ level is required.
Basic scripting skills in Python, networking experience, and a background in low-latency systems, HFT, telecom, or game development will be considered a plus.
