Responsibilities include analyzing the effectiveness of advertising placement strategies and supporting the planning, implementation, analysis, and communication of A/B test results in the advertising area.
The specialist will cooperate with the advertising product team, UX/UI, and editorial team to work on the roadmap and advertising layout development strategy.
The position requires identifying user behaviors and their reactions to ads, translating business needs into analytical and reporting requirements, and preparing ad hoc analyses for team needs.
The role also includes preparing reporting, dashboards, and presentations.
The position offers a hybrid working model.
Requirements:
Candidates must have knowledge of programmatic platforms (SSP) in the Polish market.
Proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Gemius Prism is required.
The ability to interpret data and draw business conclusions is essential for this role.
