The role involves analyzing data on the effectiveness of various advertising formats, including display, video, native, and programmatic.
The candidate will analyze the effectiveness of advertising placement strategies and support in planning, implementing, analyzing, and communicating A/B test results in the advertising area.
The position requires cooperation with the advertising product team, UX/UI, and editorial teams to work on the roadmap and advertising layout development strategy.
Responsibilities include identifying user behaviors and their reactions to ads, translating business needs into analytical and reporting requirements, and preparing ad hoc analyses for team needs.
The candidate will also prepare reporting, dashboards, and presentations.
The position offers a hybrid working model.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have knowledge of programmatic platforms (SSP) in the Polish market.
Proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Gemius Prism is required.
The candidate must possess the ability to interpret data and draw business conclusions.
