Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as solution consultant, solutions architect, sales engineer, or technical consulting.
  • A proven track record of leading complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders is required.
  • Experience in a data-centric company, particularly with claims and EHR data, is preferred.
  • Effective group-facilitation skills and confidence in leading client meetings to understand business objectives and clinical workflows are essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary, with the ability to adapt communication style for different audiences.
  • Candidates should thrive in dynamic environments, navigate ambiguity, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in agile delivery environments and proficiency in software delivery and workflow management systems, such as Atlassian/Jira, is preferred.
  • A background in the healthcare industry, with an understanding of clinical workflows and payer/provider needs, is important.
  • Comfort with human-readable text outputs (e.g., JSON, XML) is required; software development experience with Python or AWS Services is a bonus.
  • An undergraduate degree is required, with a preference for a Master's degree; a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree is a bonus.
  • Strong knowledge of medication therapy management and quality measures is highly desirable.
  • Candidates must be able to pass a background check and must live in and be eligible to work in the United States.
