The Client Solutions Architect role involves engaging with clients and internal teams to maximize the use of Arine’s Medication Intelligence Platform.
Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, mapping them to Arine solutions, and serving as a trusted technical advisor throughout the client lifecycle.
The position requires a hands-on approach to configuring the platform, managing timelines, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful technical delivery.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as solution consultant, solutions architect, sales engineer, or technical consulting.
A proven track record of leading complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders is required.
Experience in a data-centric company, particularly with claims and EHR data, is preferred.
Effective group-facilitation skills and confidence in leading client meetings to understand business objectives and clinical workflows are essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary, with the ability to adapt communication style for different audiences.
Candidates should thrive in dynamic environments, navigate ambiguity, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in agile delivery environments and proficiency in software delivery and workflow management systems, such as Atlassian/Jira, is preferred.
A background in the healthcare industry, with an understanding of clinical workflows and payer/provider needs, is important.
Comfort with human-readable text outputs (e.g., JSON, XML) is required; software development experience with Python or AWS Services is a bonus.
An undergraduate degree is required, with a preference for a Master's degree; a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree is a bonus.
Strong knowledge of medication therapy management and quality measures is highly desirable.
Candidates must be able to pass a background check and must live in and be eligible to work in the United States.
