Requirements:
Candidates must have either an Azure Administrator (AZ-104) or Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500) certification.
A Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of applicable experience or 7+ years of applicable experience is required.
CompTIA Security+ certification must be obtained within 6 months of the hire date.
Experience in deploying and utilizing Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Microsoft Sentinel, and Microsoft Security Center is necessary.
A proven track record of designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-based solutions is essential.
Expertise in the Azure platform, including Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Networking, VPN, Azure Policies, Log Analytics, Azure Monitor & Alerts, and Azure Backup is required.
Knowledge of virtualization and containerization technologies such as VMware, Docker, and Kubernetes is needed.
Candidates must be able to work independently and as part of a geographically dispersed team with minimal supervision.
Effective communication skills, both oral and written, are required.
The candidate should be well-organized, self-directed, detail-oriented, and process-oriented.
The ability to investigate problems and find solutions is necessary.
Candidates must be able to work directly with customers to gather requirements and resolve issues.
