Requirements:

  • You must have 5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure in a production environment.
  • A deep understanding of cloud infrastructure components such as compute, storage, networking, and security is required.
  • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is necessary.
  • Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices is essential.
  • Familiarity with cloud automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Azure DevOps is required.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell and Python is necessary.
  • You should have a proven ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
  • A strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices is required.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools is necessary.
  • You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to various audiences.
  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required.
  • You must be able to pass a federal background check for Public Trust Fitness and provide support in all US time zones.
