The company is seeking young talents interested in Cloud Native and AI to join its Engineering Team through an apprenticeship program.
Apprentices will participate in real projects in the following areas:
Cloud Platform Engineering: managing Kubernetes infrastructures, GitOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
AI & MLOps: managing the lifecycle of AI models, MLFlow, LLM, and AI Observability.
Data Engineering & Analytics: working on data pipelines, vector databases, and data quality for AI training.
Requirements:
Candidates should be recent graduates or students with a strong interest in cloud platforms, AI, and cybersecurity, motivated to engage in a practical and innovative environment.
The ideal profile should have a technical background in STEM fields (Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data Science, etc.).
A passion for emerging technologies, generative AI, cloud architectures, and modern security is essential.
Candidates should have a propensity for experimentation, enjoying understanding how things work, creating Proofs of Concept (PoC), trying new tools, and thinking critically.
An initiative spirit is required; candidates should propose ideas, be curious, and want to actively contribute to the creation of solutions and internal labs.
Interest in complex and multidisciplinary projects that have a real impact on distributed systems, AI pipelines, automation, and compliance is necessary.
Ability to work in a team with a collaborative approach and a focus on knowledge sharing is important.
A willingness to learn is crucial; candidates do not need to know everything but should be ready to grow quickly.
