Remote Cloud Operations Engineer

Description:

• CyberSheath Services International LLC is a rapidly growing Managed Services Provider focused on providing Cybersecurity services to the Defense Industrial Base (DIB).
• The company is looking to add a Senior Cloud Operations Engineer to their team due to growth.
• The Cloud Operations Engineer is a customer-facing role responsible for assisting with project and deployment tasks for CyberSheath Managed Services clients.
• The successful candidate will engage new clients to understand their architecture, implement CyberSheath solutions, and address potential gaps.
• Responsibilities include provisioning and delivering computer systems and services, performing migrations to Office 365 and Azure, designing secure cloud solutions, conducting system evaluations, deploying monitoring tools, tracking activities in the Service Desk Ticketing system, and collaborating with team members to troubleshoot issues.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 7+ years of experience in System Administration, including Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Azure Administration, and Server Management.
• Proven experience in performing successful Office 365 email migrations and cloud server migrations.
• Experience with Intune enrollment and policies is required.
• Intermediate networking experience, including TCP/IP, routing, SSH, and VPN, is necessary.
• Knowledge of automation tools and scripting is essential.
• Familiarity with security tools such as EDR, SIEM, MFA, DLP, and AIP is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex systems are necessary.
• Exceptional interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills are required.
• Excellent organizational skills to balance and prioritize workloads are essential.
• Comfort in leading technical discussions with clients and CyberSheath personnel is necessary.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment is required.
• Candidates must be U.S. Citizens and reside within the United States or its Territories.

Benefits:

• The position offers a budgeted pay range of $110,000 - $135,000 USD.
• CyberSheath provides a virtual work environment.
• The role may require some on-call, shift, weekend, and evening work.
