Wrike is a powerful work management platform designed for teams and organizations to collaborate and increase productivity.
The position is remote and open to residents of Estonia only.
The role is for a Team Leader for one of the SysOps teams, which supports GCP and on-premises infrastructure, internal services, and parts of the Wrike product.
The team consists of 5 members distributed between Prague, Brno, and Tallinn, and is part of a larger SysOps department with over 20 people across Europe.
Responsibilities include managing a team of system and network engineers, providing technical guidance, and helping optimize and automate everyday tasks.
The team focuses on managing on-prem data center infrastructure, working with GCP and third-party services, logging, monitoring, configuration management, and running product and internal applications.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a solid Cloud Operations background and at least 1 year of experience leading a technical team.
Strong Linux fundamentals and hands-on experience with web applications are required.
Knowledge of network fundamentals, including TCP/IP and routing, is necessary.
Experience with Git or other version control systems is essential.
Candidates should demonstrate high personal responsibility, a willingness to grow and learn, and a passion for their work.
Experience with system configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, etc.) and CI/CD systems (GitlabCI, Jenkins) is preferred.
Familiarity with cloud technologies, specifically AWS or GCP, and managing infrastructure with Terraform or Kubernetes is advantageous.
