  • The company is seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with a functional background in Salesforce Commerce Cloud for B2B.
  • The Technical Lead will design, develop, and manage Salesforce-based systems and applications.
  • Responsibilities include gathering project requirements, creating scalable solutions in collaboration with the technical architect, providing data-driven analysis, and guiding the development team throughout the project.
  • The role involves translating business requirements into well-architected solutions leveraging Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • The Technical Lead will lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations, including the development of custom solutions and interfaces.
  • The position requires creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, deployment guides, and system support guides.
  • The Technical Lead will ensure the Salesforce system aligns with the company’s business processes and collaborate with stakeholders to continually improve and optimize the system.
  • Code reviews will be performed to ensure code quality and appropriate design patterns.
  • The role requires close collaboration with business teams, stakeholders, developers, and other IT professionals to optimize the Salesforce platform for the organization’s needs.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Apex, VisualForce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Salesforce development tools and methodologies is required.
  • Candidates must have implemented Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2B in conjunction with Sales Cloud.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
  • Experience with integrating multiple technologies with Salesforce is considered a strong asset.
  • Experience in Salesforce Sales, Service, Billing, and Revenue Cloud is necessary.
