Periodic travel to customer sites as a technical subject matter expert is required.
Requirements:
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as a PreSales Solutions Engineer, Solutions Consultant, Solution Architect, or in a related field within the SaaS and enterprise B2B software industry.
Critical thinking skills, a growth mindset, and experience in analyzing, evaluating, and synthesizing complex problems are necessary.
Strong technical skills and the ability to work in ambiguous and high-pressure situations are required.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
