Tines is seeking a Commercial Solutions Engineer to join their pre-sales team and help win new customers.
The position is remote and can be based in a Pacific or Central timezone.
The role involves partnering closely with Account Executives and sales leadership to promote Tines' SaaS solutions and educate customers on the value of no-code automation.
The engineer will demonstrate how Tines can integrate with existing technology stacks for automation without coding or lengthy integration.
Responsibilities include developing knowledge of Tines no-code automation, creating and delivering presentations, building and demoing Tines Stories, managing technical decision processes, collaborating with Sales, supporting channel partners, providing market feedback, and contributing to the knowledge base.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or technology delivery position at a SaaS company.
A strong technical background and experience with APIs, along with a curiosity to learn new cloud technologies, are required.
Experience in the security and/or IT industry is necessary.
Candidates should possess strong skills in uncovering customer needs and delivering compelling demos.
Experience communicating with both business and technical audiences is essential.
A love for learning, openness to feedback, and a passion for client success are important traits.
Project management skills and the ability to deliver customer solutions are required.
Analytical skills to derive actionable insights from complex data are necessary.
A startup mentality and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are important.
Candidates must be able to travel up to 30% of the time.
Benefits:
The target annual compensation for this position is between $124k to $142k OTE (salary + commission).
