Tines is seeking a Commercial Solutions Engineer to join their pre-sales team and help win new customers.
The position is remote but must be based in the Eastern time zone.
The role involves partnering closely with Commercial Account Executives to promote Tines' SaaS solutions and educate customers on the value of no-code automation.
The engineer will demonstrate how Tines can integrate with existing technology stacks for automation without coding or lengthy integrations.
Responsibilities include developing knowledge of Tines no-code automation, creating and delivering presentations, building demos, managing technical decision processes, collaborating with sales, supporting channel partners, providing market feedback, and contributing to the knowledge base.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in a solutions or sales engineering position.
A strong technical background and experience working with APIs is required, along with a curiosity to learn new cloud technologies.
Strong skills in uncovering customer needs and delivering compelling demos to win technical evaluations are essential.
Experience in communicating with both business and technical audiences is necessary.
Candidates should have a passion for learning, be open to feedback, and be dedicated to client success.
Project management skills and the ability to deliver customer solutions are required.
Analytical skills to derive actionable insights from complex data are also necessary.
Benefits:
The target annual compensation for this position is between $185k to $200k OTE (salary + commission).
