  • Tines is seeking a Commercial Solutions Engineer to join their pre-sales team and help win new customers.
  • The position is remote but must be based in the Eastern time zone.
  • The role involves partnering closely with Commercial Account Executives to promote Tines' SaaS solutions and educate customers on the value of no-code automation.
  • The engineer will demonstrate how Tines can integrate with existing technology stacks for automation without coding or lengthy integrations.
  • Responsibilities include developing knowledge of Tines no-code automation, creating and delivering presentations, building demos, managing technical decision processes, collaborating with sales, supporting channel partners, providing market feedback, and contributing to the knowledge base.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in a solutions or sales engineering position.
  • A strong technical background and experience working with APIs is required, along with a curiosity to learn new cloud technologies.
  • Strong skills in uncovering customer needs and delivering compelling demos to win technical evaluations are essential.
  • Experience in communicating with both business and technical audiences is necessary.
  • Candidates should have a passion for learning, be open to feedback, and be dedicated to client success.
  • Project management skills and the ability to deliver customer solutions are required.
  • Analytical skills to derive actionable insights from complex data are also necessary.

Benefits:

  • The target annual compensation for this position is between $185k to $200k OTE (salary + commission).
