  • The Compliance Data Analyst will support critical compliance management program elements by utilizing data for analysis, reporting, and escalation of identified concerns.
  • This role requires the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
  • Responsibilities include providing support for the data and reporting needs of the Compliance and broader Legal teams.
  • Assist team members in building solutions that ensure the quality and accessibility of information.
  • Develop an understanding of the company's data sources and stay informed about changes that may impact Compliance reporting and metrics.
  • Collaborate with data and analytics groups to build necessary data infrastructure to support Compliance reporting, data, and analytics needs.
  • Coordinate and support the development of additional monitoring metrics as needed.
  • Provide support to the Compliance Monitoring team in addressing monitoring alerts generated.
  • Support other key compliance and risk management projects as needed.
  • Experience with SQL in RDBMS (Redshift, Snowflake) is a plus.
  • Experience with reporting in Google/Office spreadsheet management systems (Looker is a plus).
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and knowledge of BI tools are significant advantages.
  • The candidate should be inquisitive and proactive in proposing creative and effective solutions.
  • Strong project management, critical thinking, and analytical skills are essential.
  • A strong interest in fintech and consumer finance is required.
  • Demonstrated experience as a key contributing member of a team with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally is necessary.
  • The ability to communicate complex and sensitive issues to management or broader teams is important.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have experience with SQL in RDBMS (Redshift, Snowflake) as a plus.
  • Familiarity with reporting in Google/Office spreadsheet management systems, particularly Looker, is preferred.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and knowledge of BI tools are significant advantages.
