Requirements:
A Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, or a related field is required.
Proven experience in leading Computer Vision projects from concept to deployment in production environments is essential.
Experience in managing or mentoring engineers, with a focus on delivery, development, and team wellbeing, is necessary.
Expertise in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow is required.
Familiarity with large vision models and multimodal architectures is needed.
Experience with cloud infrastructure, such as AWS or GCP, and model deployment in real-world, data-constrained environments is important.
Understanding of MLOps tools and practices, including model versioning, training pipelines, and monitoring, is required.
