  • Experience in managing or mentoring engineers, with a focus on delivery, development, and team wellbeing, is necessary.
  • Expertise in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow is required.
  • Familiarity with large vision models and multimodal architectures is needed.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, such as AWS or GCP, and model deployment in real-world, data-constrained environments is important.
  • Understanding of MLOps tools and practices, including model versioning, training pipelines, and monitoring, is required.
