Requirements:
Candidates should have 5–10 years of experience in construction management, project controls, construction tech implementation, or consulting.
A strong focus on delivering customer value is essential.
Experience in creating automated executive presentations from concept to production is required.
A deep understanding of large commercial construction workflows, schedules (P6), and earned value analysis is necessary.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or Javascript, along with data wrangling skills, is required.
Strong demonstrated experience with Google Apps Script is needed.
Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, and experience in reporting automation is essential.
Candidates must be comfortable working with APIs and integrating disparate data sources.
Strong client-facing skills and experience collaborating with senior construction executives are required.
The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an organized and autonomous manner is necessary.
Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically is required.
