Remote Consultant, Data Use Training Developer

Description:

• Last Mile Health is seeking a qualified consultant for the Data Use Training Developer Consultancy role.
• The purpose of the training is to help LMH staff understand the importance of evidence and data use, including how to define, produce, and utilize it.
• The training will consist of 5-10 hours of content.
• The consultant will work with LMH’s Chief Technical Officer and the Global Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning team.
• Key tasks include interviewing stakeholders, researching resources, developing training content, and providing recommendations on training modalities.
• The consultancy commitment is for 20 days, totaling 160 hours.
• The total estimated fees for this consultancy amount to $15,000.
• The position is remote, with a preferred time zone of USA, EST.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in public health, international development, research, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• The candidate must have experience working in global public health.
• Demonstrated experience in evidence generation and data use is required.
• The candidate must have experience with instructional design and training development.
