Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 8 years in hands-on engineering roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in detection engineering, threat hunting, and cyber intelligence is required.
  • A working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their practical applications in cybersecurity is necessary.
  • A strong understanding of distributed systems, telemetry pipelines, and security architecture is essential.
  • Experience with Unix/Linux and Windows environments is required.
  • Candidates must have a proven ability to lead through influence and drive change across complex organizations.
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, GIAC, or equivalent are preferred.
  • A track record of mentoring junior engineers and/or analysts is necessary.
  • Active engagement in industry trends, forums, professional associations, or conferences is expected.
