The Oracle Engagement Cloud Specialist is responsible for providing support for existing products and developing new functionalities according to established guidelines.
This role requires experience with technologies related to OEC, as well as skills in integration and customization of cloud-based enterprise applications.
Responsibilities include documenting configurations and developments, including functional and technical specifications.
The specialist will collect and track deliverables, define and implement business reports, and configure and customize interfaces.
They will provide support in the creation, modification, and management of clients, accounts, and contacts.
The role involves designing and implementing customized solutions in Oracle Engagement Cloud.
The specialist will create REST integrations and consume external REST and SOAP services.
They will configure and customize Oracle cloud-based enterprise applications and provide support to resolve issues related to Oracle Engagement Cloud.
Requirements:
Minimum academic training required is a completed university degree or equivalent experience and specific training equivalent to a university bachelor's degree or higher.
Primary area of training should be in Computer Science, Systems, or related Engineering fields.
Secondary area of training should include Oracle Engagement Cloud (OEC), Visual Builder Studio, REST, and SOAP.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, working with any of the required technologies is necessary.
